Danielle Grant

Danni leads the organisational learning and training portfolio at CT Protect, bringing over 30 years of policing experience in serious and organised crime, covert operations, and counter-terrorism. In her last decade of service, she managed national training programs for 7,000 staff across the UK, overseeing organisational learning, risk management, and the national risk register within counter-terrorism policing.

She played a key role in post-incident strategic debriefs, applying a lessons-learned approach to UK terrorist attacks from 2017–2021—one of the most challenging periods for policing and national preparedness. Additionally, she led the UK counter-terrorism test and exercise portfolio, ensuring first responders and organisations were equipped for no-notice terrorist incidents through collaborative training with the MOD, UK Government, and emergency services.

Now, Danni shares her expertise through consultancy and leads a distinguished team of trainers who deliver specialised training to businesses across the UK.

As Chief Commercial Officer at CT Protect, Lisa leverages over 25 years of expertise in communications, business development, and employee engagement to drive growth and innovation within the company. Her proven track record in managing complex change and fostering high-performing teams positions her as a formidable leader, dedicated to delivering exceptional value to clients and partners.

Lisa is also a passionate advocate for STEM careers, mentoring individuals of all ages to pursue opportunities in IT and technology sectors. Her commitment to commercial excellence and inclusive leadership makes her an invaluable addition to the CT Protect team as the company launches its next generation of security solutions.
